Creative Director & Producer

Transforming Clinical Research Into Engaging Educational Media

I led the creative production of a clinician training program by adapting complex research into a compelling educational experience—developing scripts, casting actors, directing production, and overseeing the project from concept through final delivery.

Production

I transformed a dense, presentation-based clinical curriculum into an engaging educational training program.

Working closely with subject matter experts, I adapted technical content into production-ready scripts, developed realistic role-play scenarios, cast professional actors to perform alongside the real therapist, directed filming, and oversaw editing through final delivery.

My goal was to preserve the integrity of the research while creating a learning experience that was practical, engaging, and memorable for clinicians earning continuing education credits.

Results

What I Learned

This project reinforced that educational media is most effective when learners can see concepts in action rather than simply hear them explained. By combining evidence-based research with cinematic storytelling and realistic demonstrations, we created a more engaging and practical learning experience.
